Shipping & Returns
We roast to order because we believe your coffee should arrive perfectly fresh. Enjoy $5 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the USA. Orders $40+ ship free & coffee subscriptions always ship free.
We roast and ship based on the following schedule:
- Orders in by Tuesday at 12pm (PST) are roasted & shipped on Thursday.
- Orders in by Friday at 12pm (PST) are roasted & shipped on Monday.
There will be no shipping on Monday, 5/30/22 due to Memorial Day. All orders scheduled to be shipped on 5/30 will be shipped on 5/31.
We ship most packages with FedEx. Smaller orders may be shipped with USPS. Please check your email for tracking information.
Holidays can impact transit times with our shipping providers. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are trying to target a specific delivery date during the holidays and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Customers can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping. We’ll help you make a return or make the situation right if you received a damaged product if you email us at email@example.com. Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it along with your email.
Coffee is a perishable product so we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an error was made, you're not happy with the coffee, or you received a damaged product, please email us so we can make it right.
