Shipping & Returns
We roast every single bag to order because we believe your coffee should arrive perfectly fresh. Enjoy $5 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the USA. Orders $50+ ship free & coffee subscriptions always ship free.
We roast and ship based on the following schedule:
- Orders in by Tuesday at 12 pm (PST) are roasted & shipped on Thursday.
- Orders in by Friday at 12 pm (PST) are roasted & shipped on Monday.
We ship most packages with USPS. Other orders may be shipped with UPS. Please check your email for tracking information.
Holidays can impact transit times with our shipping providers. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are trying to target a specific delivery date during the holidays and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Customers can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping. We’ll help you make a return or make the situation right if you received a damaged product if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it along with your email.
Coffee is a perishable product so we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an error was made, you're not happy with the coffee, or you received a damaged product, please email us so we can make it right.
