Shipping & Returns
We roast to order because we believe your coffee should arrive perfectly fresh. We charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping anywhere in the USA. Orders $40+ ship free.
Orders in by Tuesday at 12pm (PST) are roasted & shipped on Thursday.
Orders in by Friday at 12pm (PST) are roasted & shipped on Monday.

Order by 12pm (PST) on Tuesday, 12/17 to ensure orders arrive before the Holiday!
Orders in by Friday, 12/20 at 12pm (PST) will be roasted & shipped on Monday, 12/23.
Orders in by Monday, 12/23 at 12pm (PST) will be roasted & shipped on Thursday, 12/26.
We ship most packages with USPS. Larger orders may be shipped with FedEx. Please check your email for tracking information.
Holidays can impact transit times with our shipping providers. We often take orders early when this happens. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are trying to target a specific delivery date during the holidays and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Customers can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping. We’ll help you make a return or make the situation right if you received damaged product if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take a photo of damaged product and send along with your email.
Coffee is a perishable product so we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an error was made, you're not happy with the coffee, or you received damaged product, please email us so we can make it right.
