Shipping & Returns
We roast all coffee to order because we believe your coffee should arrive perfectly fresh.
- Orders in by Tuesday at noon (PST) will be roasted & shipped on Thursday.
- Orders in by Friday at noon (PST) will be roasted & shipped on Monday.
*There will be no shipping on Monday, 2/18 due to the Holiday. All orders received by Friday, 2/15 by noon (PST) will be shipped on Tuesday, 2/19.*
We ship most packages with USPS. Larger orders may be shipped with FedEx. Please check your email or mobile for tracking information.
Holidays can impact transit times with our shipping providers. We often take orders early when this happens. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are trying to target a specific delivery date during the holidays and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Customers can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping. We’ll help you make a return or make the situation right if you received damaged product if you email us at email@example.com. Please take a photo of damaged product and send along with your email.
Coffee is a perishable product so we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an error was made, you're not happy with the coffee, or you received damaged product, please email us so we can make it right.
