Shipping & Returns
We roast every single bag to order because we believe your coffee should arrive perfectly fresh. Enjoy a $5.95 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the USA. Coffee subscriptions ship free.
We roast and ship based on the following schedule:
- Orders in by Tuesday at 12 pm (PST) are roasted & shipped on Thursday.
- Orders in by Friday at 12 pm (PST) are roasted & shipped on Monday.
We ship most packages with USPS. Other orders may be shipped with UPS. Please check your email for tracking information.
Holidays can impact transit times with our shipping providers. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are trying to target a specific delivery date during the holidays and we'll do our best to make it happen.
If you have any issues with your coffee or you have had an issue receiving your order, Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of your order being marked as “Delivered.” Because of coffee’s perishable nature as a food product, we cannot accept returns of our whole bean or instant coffee products, but we would be happy to resolve any and all delivery issues for missing, damaged, or stolen products.
We accept returns of defective or unworn apparel and merchandise. Please include information about the reason for the return in your email to us. We do not refund the cost of return shipping but will gladly accept a return or an exchange of unused items within 15 days of delivery.
Please alert us to any delivery issues as soon as possible so we can get all hands on deck to right the ship! If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of the exterior of the package as well as the damage to the inside. We need this information to communicate with our shipping partners and require all claims to be filed within 15 days of the order being marked as “Delivered”.
