We roast all coffee to order and ship on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Orders in by Sunday(s) each week will be shipped on Tuesday(s).
Orders coming in on Monday(s) into Tuesday morning(s) will be shipped out on Thursday(s).
We ship packages most packages with USPS. Larger orders are shipped with Fedex. Please check your email for tracking information.
Holidays impact transit times with our shipping providers. We often take orders early when this happens. Please check in with us at email@example.com if you are trying to target a specific delivery date during the holidays.
Customers can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping. We’ll help you make a return or make the situation right if you received damaged product if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take a photo of damaged product and send along with your email.
Coffee is a perishable product so we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you have errors, are not happy with the coffee, or received damaged product then please email us so we can make it right.
